Reportes: Joest Racing Podría no Seguir Con Mazda Despues de Las 12 Horas de Sebring

Varios medios reportan que la organización Joest Racing, la cual está a cargo del programa DPi de Mazda en el Campeonato Weathertech de IMSA, podría no continuar con el fabricante Japonés pasadas las 12 Horas de Sebring del 2020. 

Recordamos que Joest tomó el control del programa en el 2017 reemplazando a SpeedSource, para pasar a ser “Mazda Team Joest”. Joest tiene historia en el mundo del SportsCar Racing con el programa Audi LMP1 siendo el último proyecto. 


Se entiende que Multimatic, los cuales dan soporte técnico al Mazda Team Joest, podrían tomar las riendas del equipo pasada la fecha en Sebring.
